NoCo Concrete Cutting is an owner-operated concrete cutting company serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming — founded to do the work right the first time, every time.
James Heiden is the founder of NoCo Concrete Cutting and a concrete cutting professional who has spent his career in the trade. A lifelong Greeley, Colorado resident, he lives there with his wife and their three children. He founded NoCo to fix the inefficiencies he saw at larger concrete cutting companies — jobs handed off between estimators, dispatchers and crews who never talked to each other — and he still personally oversees each project to hold the work to exacting standards. Above all, he prioritizes reliability, precision and customer satisfaction.

The whole process — How we work
Every job follows the same order. We scan first: ground penetrating radar maps rebar, post-tension cable, conduit and voids before anyone starts a saw. We cut once: the right tool for the job — track-mounted wall saw, rig-mounted core drill, walk-behind flat saw — run by people trained on it, wet, with dust and slurry controlled. We restore clean: if you want the opening or trench closed again, our pour-back service matches grade and finish. And through all of it, you talk to one person who knows your job.
Every job starts with a scan. Every NoCo job starts the same way. We scan the slab or wall with ground penetrating radar to map rebar, post-tension cables, conduit and voids. Then we choose the right tool — a track-mounted wall saw for openings, a rig-mounted core drill for round penetrations, a walk-behind flat saw for slabs and pavement — and cut once, straight and to depth. When we open something up, our pour-back service can close it again with concrete matched to the surrounding grade and finish.
