What a pour back is

Once the plumber, electrician or contractor has finished in the trench or opening, we form it, place the concrete, and finish it to match: same grade, same texture, same edge. Where the old slab was scanned and cut cleanly, the new pour bonds and reads as one surface.

How NoCo does it

We prep the edges, dowel or bond where needed, pour, and finish — broom, trowel or to match what's there. Timing is coordinated with your trades so the site is closed up as soon as they're out.

Every job starts with a scan

Every NoCo job starts the same way. We scan the slab or wall with ground penetrating radar to map rebar, post-tension cables, conduit and voids. Then we choose the right tool — a track-mounted wall saw for openings, a rig-mounted core drill for round penetrations, a walk-behind flat saw for slabs and pavement — and cut once, straight and to depth. When we open something up, our pour-back service can close it again with concrete matched to the surrounding grade and finish.
